Fireworks of Chinese New Year | Binzhou
As Chinese New Year arrives, the night sky comes alive with brilliant bursts of colour and light. Rooted in centuries-old traditions, fireworks are believed to drive away bad luck and evil spirits, welcoming a new year filled with prosperity and good fortune. Amid the crackling sparks and glowing skies, families gather to celebrate new beginnings. Each fleeting burst captures a moment of happiness.
Under the Same Moon
The same moon rises above different places, carrying a quiet sense of longing for people and places far away. Wherever I go, it remains a familiar presence beneath an ever-changing sky.
Van Gogh | Poets and Lovers
Served as the spectacular cornerstone of the National Gallery’s Bicentenary celebrations, marking 200 years since the museum's founding in 1824, this once-in-a-century exhibition brought together over 50 masterpieces, leveraging unprecedented loans from the world’s most prestigious institutions—including the Van Gogh Museum and Kröller-Müller Museum in the Netherlands, Paris's Musée d'Orsay, and major American institutions like New York's MoMA.
Flags Along the Way
More than colours and patterns, flags carry the identities, histories, and stories of the places they represent. Along the way, each one becomes a small reminder of where I've been and the different cultures encountered.
